Showed a nude picture of ex-girlfriend over MySpace
How to get your ex back...NOT
This was published on Thursday, August 30, 2007 , in the SanDiego Source:
"Man gets jail time over MySpace photo of nude ex-girlfriend
A 19-year-old man who posted a nude photo of his younger ex-girlfriend on her MySpace page was sentenced to 30 days in jail."
This is interesting. It seems that online communities such as MySpace are used as "score settling" arenas for people, including people who had close relations in the past.
It's also evident the the law regards this the same way as you would publish a nude picture of your ex in the local newspaper or news-stand. Not a recommended way to go. A month in the joint will show this guy..
If only people could channel their anger in positive ways... I'm sure this guy really wanted to get his ex back and not humiliate her in public. I guess some folks learn the hard way.
